CoRoM's Program Committee (PC), Management Committee (MC), and Students Committee (CSC) manage various aspects of the program.
Program Committee (PC)
The Program Committee reviews the program performance to ensure that the training program remains appropriate for the needs of industry and the other end users, that recruitment quality is adequate and that actions are taken so that the program becomes sustainable in the long term. The PC will also contribute to develop the evaluation metrics.

Management Committee (MC)
The Management Committee is responsible for the implementation and operation of the CoRoM Program. It is responsible for accepting trainees into the program, approving research projects, approving internships, reviewing feedback and approving the budget.

Students Committee (CSC)
CoRoM Students' Committee (CSC) is responsible of organising the seminars, tutorials and Summer Forum. It is also responsible of coordinating outreach mentorship and provide feedback to the MC. The CSC is composed of at least three CoRoM students (ideally six) and is assisted in its responsabilities by the program coordinator.
